The eggs were really tempting me to try out the Egg Bonda of typical Palakad road side shops :-)
The Neer Dosa was in my wish list of cooking for many months. With lots of enthusiasm I decided to go hands on with the recipe and was fortunate enough to taste the slippery, shiny Neer Dosa.
Left only with the puffed rice as the option to cope up with the evening snack, and a rough reminder of the left over home-made Sev, I quickly zeroed in on the Masala version to combine both the puffed rice and the sev to munch on over hot Chai.
And as well loved by the kids.
Evening snacks are becoming inevitable especially with my little boys around. On a quick thought, I somehow fixed the menu to be a Tangy soup and preferred to be in the Thai Cuisine.
After a long time, I had an oppurtunity to purchase the Bajji Chilli. And the chill weather added to the glamor of the bulgy spicy chilli bajjis.
