Peanuts... What a super nut it is.
Can be eaten raw, boiled, roasted, God!!! and so many recipes can be made out of them.
Full of protein as well.
I opted for the sweet peanut balls as am inclined towards the sweet toothe :-) :-)
Ingredients Reqd:
1 cup Peanuts
Half round Jaggery
2 sp Ghee
Process:
Dry roast the peanuts.
Grate the Jaggery
Powder together the fried peanuts and jaggery
Mix them well pouring 2 sp ghee
And make them as balls.
Quick and as well healthy.
Since the peanuts as such have sweetness can add or reduce the volume of the jaggery as
per your prefernce
Vidya... If you add milkmaid or jamun mix, Cashew nuts (powdered), & other nuts also it ll be tasty & healthy snack.. Really a good one.. Traditional .. Thanks.
