Thaengai Sadham


Superb Savoury !!




 Requires :

1 cup Grated Coconut
Few Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
Handful of Small Onions
Few Curry Leaves
2 or 3 Slit Green Chillies
1 small pod Ginger
Salt to taste

Method :

Cant wait to eat once the recipe gets ready :-)

  • Take a wide pan, and grease it with a good amount of Gingelly Oil.
  • Toss in the spices along with slit small onions.
  • Add in salt and allow the onions turns translucent.
  • Add in the ginger, green chillies, curry leaves.
  • Last add in the grated coconut. Leave it to saute for a maximum of 2 seconds.
  • Add in the cooked rice. Give a nice stir.



Best goes well with Brinjal Sausages .. Yummmmm ..  Enjoy !!
