Pavaka Paalgova / Bittergourd Milksweet
The very idea of making a sweet out of the bitter bittergourd striked me, though no idea of where was the real origin of this weird idea.
Was spending a day thinking of a strange recipe to make out of the bittergourd and I was very sure not to make the regular recipes.
May be at that moment, I kid myself of a sweet recipe out of the bitter vegetable.
Fortunately, my mind took the funny thought as a challenge, and here I am with the recipe -
Pavaka Paalgova.

Rawa Laddoo
Declared to be the ever simple sweets to be made at home. Well, I may not say so. Equally tough, especially the laddoo making out of the hot mixture is really challenging. And to accept the truth, I really had burning palms after making them.
Yet, it became a real pleasure to watch my favorite TV program and hold the round round Rawa Laddos and eat them.
For the 1st time, I wondered, how my aunt who usually brings home made rawa laddoos to visit me, conceal and bear all the pain, but still make sure she never miss to bring us these delights.

Neyyapam / Unniyappam
Dark and small round balls.. the appearance attracts me lot.
The taste is awesome.. No words..
Lord Krishna's 1 of favourite sweets!!!!
What more qualification does this unniyappam need??
Unni - meaning small in size in the language Malayalam.. Either the size of the ball
demand such name.
I believe Lord Krishna is called as Unni - small boy.. He loves this sweet and hence called Unniyappam.
Yes this sweet brings Lord Krishna to my mind forst rather than its beautiful taste!!!!
