Mini Rasagullas

Yum Yum Yum is the only humming i get to hear when i make these sweet balls..
Pure in white and softy softy munch.. Yes they are royal in themselves.




 You Need :

Milk - 1 ltr
Lemon - 1 big size
Sugar - 3 cups
Water - 4 cups

Process:

Boil the milk and immediately squeeze in the lemon juice.
Milk will start to curdle.
Take a clean & fresh muslin cloth.
Pour in the curdled milk and collect the thick cheese that will settle on top of the cloth.
Squeeze away all the water.
Knead well.
The more you knead, the more will be the softness.










Make small balls.
In a pan bring water to boil and add sugar.
Drop in all the balls.
Almost after 15 - 20 minutes, switch off the flame.
The flame should be in high throughout the cooking.
Allow 6 - 7 hrs before you serve these rasagullas.
Refrigirate and serve them chill.
