The dish as well is very interesting right from cooking until it gets settled down in tummy...
Yummy tummy dish's ingredients :
Boiled Eggs - as per requirement
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 2 medium sized
Curry Leaves - handful
Gren Chillie - 2
Pepper - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coreamder Leaves - handful
Method :
- First is to boil the eggs.
- Next, to chop the onion and tomatoes.
1 portion of onion, 1 tomato, and the cumin seeds are grinded to a fine paste.
- In a hot kadai, add 2 tbsp coconut oil, and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Add in the finely chopped onion and tomatoes.
- Add in the green chillies, curry leaves and saute until all of them turns mushy.
- At this point, add in the grinded paste, pepper, salt, turmeric powder.
- Allow until the raw flavor evades off.
- Add in the garam masala and give a quick stir
- Add in the coreander leaves...
