Milk - Few tbsp
Vanila Essence - 3 tbsp
Method : For the Cake
Mix together the Flour, Cocoa Powder ( 100 gm ) and Baking Powder.
Combine the butter ( 100 gm ), and sugar and beat well. Make a smooth paste.
Add in the eggs and beat thoroughly.
Pour 2 tbsp Vanila essence.
Gradually add in the dry flour mixture and keep folding in.
Pre heat the oven to 180 Deg C.
Bake the cake mixture for 30 minutes or until the cake is non sticky throughout inside.
Transfer to wire rack and allow to cool.
For the Icing:
Mix together the icing sugar, 50 gm Cocoa Powder, and milk.
Add 100gm butter and beat well.
Once the cake is chilled down well, slice into 3 portions.
Apply the icing on all the layers.
Place back the layers on top of each other again.
Decorate with candies.
For this cake, since i opted for the bday paty celebratoins,
I scooped away the middle portion of the cake and filled with creamy chocolate syrup.
Just to give a ' well ' shape to the cake and the chocolate syrup for the flowy appearance.
Really was taken too good by the children guests and as well they enjoyed the cake.
