Tiny in shape is the beauty of this muruku.
Ingredients Reqd:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Lentil Dal - 1 tbsp
Sal - as per taste
Chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Process:
Boil the lentils in water adding a sp of ghee and salt.
When the dal turns soft, add in the rice flour and keep stirring.
Little when the dough thickens, off the flame
and add in the cumin seeds and chilli powder.
Make a firm dough.
Roll the dough into thin strands and attach the either side of the strand to make a perfect ring.
Dip in hot oil and fry until tehey turn golden and crisp.
