Home made Pizzas are a real magic and sometimes goes in par with the shop ones...
Ingredients Required :
For the Pizza Base:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tbsp
Warm water - 1 cup
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Sugar - a pinch
Method :
Mix together the flour and the baking powder.
Make a well inbetween and pour the warm water and the oil together.
Keep kneading to fine a dough.
Keep aside until you prepare the veggies for the pizza topping.
For the Pizza Topping:
Tomato - Half medium size
Capsicum - Half medium size
Onion - 1 small
Cheese - 50 gm
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Method:
Make a big apple size balls from the Pizza dough.
Flatten them with hand into a thick round.
Prick with fork spoon for some air circulation.
On top of this base apply the mixture of tomato ketchup & red chilli sauce.
On top goes the shredded cheese.
Again on top spread cubed-diced veggies.
Spread with cheese chunks on top.
Bake at 230 Deg C for 8 - 10 minutes.
Server with desired seasonings.
