Required:
Coreander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Bengal Gram - 1 tbsp
Pepper Corns - 1 tbsp
Red Chillies - 4
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 big size
Tamarind - Lemon size
Cooked Dal - 1/4 cup
Method :
Dry fry the ingredients mentioned excluding tomato.
Coarsely grind the fried items.
Take the tamarind extract.
Add salt, turmeric powder.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Allow slow cooking.
Add in the grinded powders.
Add the cooked dal.
Garnish with seasoned mustard and curry leaves.
