Yet another quick sweet snack!!!
Ingredients Required:
Kerala Banana - 2
Sugar - 5 tsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Process:
The bananas should be well riped.
Peel the skin and cut them into thick slices so they dont get smashed
when you roast them.
In a pan, add ghee, add the sliced bananas.
Keep tossing them gently so they dont get broken as well dont get sticked with each other.
Once roasted, dust sugar crystals on top of them for that glittering look...
