I was too much interested in making this gravy that i missed to click pics for the step - by - step posting.
Hope the gravy is rich in its simplicity as well that eliminates the need for the pictures.
Requirements :
Cauliflower - Medium size
Onion - 1 small
Tomato - 1 small
Capsicum - 1 small
Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Kasthuri Methi - Few crushed
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Process:
In a pan add 3 tbsp oil.
Saute thin sliced onion ( half ) , capsicum ( half ) and tomato ( half )
Keep aside.
Add another few tbsp oil into the same pan and add finely chopped onion.
Add salt and ginger garlic paste and allow to get saute for few mins.
Add the washed cauliflower florets, pinch of turmeric powder and 1 tsp chilli powder.
Add enough water required to cook the cauli florets.
When the cauli florest reach just - cooked enough stage ( i required crunchy florets ),
off the stove.
Add cream, garam masala and crushed kasthuri methi and mix them well.
Allow to stand for few ins and serve hot with Phulka or Rotis.
Simple!!!!
