Cane Sugar Plum Cake - Eggless


Just as how fast I was when I prepared the cake, I do not either want to waste any time in giving a detailed description..
Hence here I go with a short procedure...


Step 1 : Method :

1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Mix all the above.




Add 2/3 rd cup of Oil into the flour and mix again.
Add 1 cup Organic Cane sugar into the above and mix again.
Now its time for the chopped fresh Plum Fruits to go inside.


Step 2 : Method :

Add 1.5 tbsp. Vinegar into 1/2 cup milk. Please refrain from stirring here.
Add in 1/4 tsp Baking Soda and stir again.
The mixture would bubble up now.




Pour this mixture into the Cake batter we prepared in the Step 1 Method.
Add in 1 tsp Vanila extract.
Fold quickly.

Step 3 : Method :

Grease an Oven vessel, pour the batter.
Bae in a pre heated Oven, at 170 deg C for 35 minutes, or , until the cake comes out non sticky when pricked with a fork.




Tips :

Cover the pan with a butter paper if you want a non - cracked base :-)
And if you do not want the top of the cake to get browned dark, cover the batter wit a butter pper again on top. ( may be half the way when the cake gets baked.
