The Chicpea cutlets are a wide range source of Protein as the base of the dish is well abundant with it.
Items Required :
Boiled ChicPeas - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Rawa - 1 tbsp
Method :
Roughly smash the boiled Chicpeas.
Add in chopped onions.
Mix the jeera powder, chat masala powder.
As well the rice flour and the rawa.
Pat it well and roast on a greased tawa.
Can stuff in between the Paavs to make a perfect sandwich.
