Manchurian is always a yum food inspite of the kind of stuffing inside them.
Here is the Mushroom kind of manchurian.
Requirements:
Mushroom - 10 pieces
Bell Pepper - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger - Garlic - Few
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Soya Sacue - 1tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Method:
First, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly with warm water.
Tap away the wetness with a tissue.
Add water carefully into the maida - cornflour so that you just make a thick batter.
Add a tbsp soya sauce and salt and a pinch of turmeric powder.

Mix well.
Heat oil.
Dip the slit mushrooms into the mixture and deep fry in oil.
In a pan, add few tbsp oil, and saute the diced onion, tomato and bell pepper.
Add enough salt.
Add chopped ginger - garlic.
Once they turn mushy, ad the remaining soya sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
Toss in the fried mushrooms.
Give a quick stir.
