Pao Bhaji






Ingredients:

* 2 Carrots( chopped) * 1/2 bottle gourd ( chopped) * 1 small cauliflower ( chopped) * 1/2 cabbage ( chopped) * 10-12 french beans ( chopped) * 2 potatoes ( chopped) * 3tbsp Onion-garlic paste
* 3 tbsp tomato puree * 2 tbsp ghee/oil * 2tsp PaoBhaji masala * 4 buns ( pao) * 2tsp butter
* salt & red chilli pd ( to taste) * green coreander & onion rings ( to garnish) 1/2 cup
boiled peas ( to garnish)

Method:

1. In a microwave safe bowl add all chopped vegetable with 1/2 cup water. Microwave
    ( covered) at 100% power for 9-10 min ( till tender).
2. Allow to stand for 5min. Blend in a blender. Add oil, onion - garlic paste in a microwave safe
     and microwave for 3 min.Stir in between.




3. Add tomato puree, salt, dry masalas and microwave for 4 min. at 100% power. Mix blended
    vegetables to it and microwave ( covered ) for 3-4 min. at 80% power. Keep covered.
4. Take buns and slit in between. Rub a little butter on both sides, place them on tissue paper
    and microwave for 3min at 50% power.
    Garnish bhaji with green peas, coreander & serve hot.
