Makhan Malai Kofta


A different way of treating your chappathis with this rich gravy.





Ingredients:
For Kofta:
100gm Paneer ( grated) * 100gm boiled potato * 1nhalf tbsp cornflour
*2-3 green chillies( chopped) salt & pepper ( to taste)
For Gravy:
2 onion ( paste) 1tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1tbsp ghee/butter * 3/4 tsp garam masala pd
*1cup tomato puree * salt, black pepper & red chilli pd ( to taste) * 2 tbsp fresh cream
* 1 tsp cornflour * 1tbsp chopped green coreander

Method for Koftas:




1. Mix all ingredients for koftas, form into small balls and shape into koftas.
2. Keep these koftas in a microwave safe flat dish & microwave at 100% power for 45 sec - 1 min.
    Turn them in between.




For Gravy:

3. In a microwave safe bowl add ghee/butter, onion paste, ginger garlic paste & microwave
    at 100% power for 3-4 min.
4. Add all the spices and tomato puree &  microwave for 5-6 min at 100% power. Add cornflour
    ( in 1/2 cup of cold water) and 1 cup of water and microwave covered for 3-4 min at 100% power.




5. Pour this gravy over steamed koftas. Microwave for 1-2 min at 100% power.
    Garnish with chopped coreander.
