Onion Pakoras


A quick snack on a rainy evening.

Ingredients Reqd:

Besan Flour - half cup                                                  






Rice Flour - Quarter cup
Onions - 2
Curry Leaves - few
Coreander leaves - few

Process:

Combine the flours together.
Add salt as required and again mix well.
Add in the finely chopped onions.
Since onions are moistured themselves, add few drops of water, few drops oil.
Keep mixing.
Make balls or required shape and keep frying in hot oil.
