Baked Pesto Pasta

Pastas are loved by children. I always like to let out my imagination fall in right place, just to make a fancy, interesting, and innovative pasta everytime..
And here in this as well, there's a Bread which acts as the base for my baked pasta.

Ingredients Required :

Pasta - 2 cups
Milk - 1/3 cup
Refined Flour - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1/3 tsp
Salt - as per reqd
Cream - 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese slices - 2
Onion - 1
Pepper - a tsp
Egg - 1
Basil Leaves - Crushed 1 tbsp
Spiced Ginger Garlic Butter 2 tbsp
Bread - 2 slices

Method :

I started by washing the pasta spirals in running water. Thereby, I set them in hot water drizzled with a tbsp of oil, and salt to get started into the cooking process.
Meanwhile, turn on the Oven to baking mode, say 170 Deg C.
Take an Oven safe baking dish, grease with Butter.
Place the bread. Top the bread with the pasta, add in milk, salt and a layer of cream.
Arrange sliced onion.
Mix the flour in 2 tbsp water and Soya Sauce. Drizzle on top of the mixture.
Break an egg into it.
Slight Pepper, crushed basil leaves and as much Parmesan Cheese slices as you would wish.
Bake at 170 Deg C for 10 mins.
The dish turns out to be a big favorite for all the kidoos...
