Chatpat Masala Puffed Rice


Left only with the puffed rice as the option to cope up with the evening snack, and a rough reminder of the left over home-made Sev, I quickly zeroed in on the Masala version to combine both the puffed rice and the sev to munch on over hot Chai.
And as well loved by the kids.



Requirements:

1 bowl of Puffed Rice
1/3 bowl of Sev
1 big Onion
1 small Tomato
Lots Coreander leaves to garnish
1/3 tsp Chat Masala Powder
1 tsp Sambar Powder
1/3 cup Roasted Peanuts

Method:

Chop the onions and tomato very finely.
Mix them together and a pinch of salt would help.
Add in the sambar powder, roasted peanuts.


Add in the puffed rice.
Give nice mix.
Top up the sev, coreander leaves and the chat masala powder.

That's it :-)
