Tarts

Tarts!!!! I have always fascinated to make these tarts in mind.
But end up getting lazy to make them.
Somehow gathered all my sportiveness and decided..common let me try yaar....






A cup of refined all purpose flour.
To this, I added half cup icing sugar.
1 eggs's yolk and some butter.
Make like bread crumbs.






Add few tbsp milk, 2 tsp Vanila essence and knead to a tight dough.
Refrigirate tight for half hr minimum.


Spread well, and place carefully on a tart base.
Prick the base and cover some kidney beans on top to avoid puffing while they get baked.








Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.
Place the tart trays and bake for 15 mins.
Until they are golden brown.

Transfer once they are warm.

Serve them with Kheer , fruits, or any spice food......
