Muthu Saram Muruku


This is really 1 interesting crisp crisp snack!!!





You Need:

Rice Flour - 2 cup
Urad Dal Flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - quarter cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

Process:

Sieve the rice flour thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the rice and urad dal flour.




To make urad dal flour, dry roast a tbsp urad seeds and powder them.
Add butter and knead to make bread crumb appearance.
Add salt and slowly add water to make a soft dough.




With the help of a chakli mould, squeeze in the dough into hot oil.
Deep fry.
Enjoy the crispy delight.
