Plain Rice Adai






Ingredients Reqd :

Boiled Rice - 2 cups
Salt - as per taste

Method :

Boiled rice is a variety of rice which provides smooth consistency to the batter.
Soak the rice for 5 hrs.
Grind to a smooth consistency.
On a hot tawa spread the batter and top some grated coconut.


You may not spread like regular dosa batter instead pour the batter generously.
Ginegelly oil will be the best to toast this adai with.
