Mint & Peas Soup

A green delight!!!

Grab few Mint herbs ( handful)
Take a quarter cup Peas ( boiled)
Garlic - a small pinch
Cream - to garnish
Onion - a medium size
Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

If you are allergic to raw mint taste, saute the mint herbs for few sec before grinding.
In a mortar, add all the ingredients mentioned.
Grind them to a fine paste.
Serve them in a Soup Bowl and season the pepper and salt and cream.
