Broccoli Moist Omlette

A new innovation of my yesterday dinner gravy..
I enjoyed. Hope you also would enjoy...





Randomly i collected these:


  1. Few Broccoli flowers,
  2. Few Parsley herbs,
  3. Few Paneer Slices,
  4. A medium size Onion,
  5. A big size Tomato,
  6. Few Coreander Sprigs,
  7. Few Mint Herbs
  8. A slit Green Chilli
  9. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  12. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  13. 1/4 cup Cream.
  14. 1 Egg,
  15. Kasthuri Methi to garnish.

The list may look long, but once you place them, the recipe takes just 7 to 10 mins to cook.,

  1. Take a pan, and 2 tbsp Olive oil.
  2. Saute the onion, parsley by adding ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add the broccoli & keep sauting.
  4. Add the sliced tomatoes as well the tomato puree.





  1. Add the green chilli, mint, & parsley.
  2. Add dry powders and saute again until the raw smell goes.
  3. Add in the paneer.
  4. After a minute, break an egg into the gravy,
  5. Please do not stir.
  6. Add in the cream.


Serve hot.
