Thai Steamed Eggs


A new way to indulge in with both cooking as well eating the all time yummy eggs...





To start with:

Saute : Onions - 1 med size,
             Garlic - 1 small portion sliced
             Spice Powder - 1tbsp
             Salt - to taste
             Tomato puree - 1 med size tomato's
  When they start to blend together add the most important ingredient which gives the
  Thai flavored food - Hasil herb.. few crushed.
  Add quarter cup milk.
  Again wait till all blend well together.

  Take broad vessel, fill quarter cup water.
  Pour the above thick gravy into a small cup and place inside the vessel.




  Break an egg into the cup of gravy and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  Close the vessel with a lid and allow for a steaming of 3 - 4 minutes..

  When you open the lid now the egg would have been nicely steamed and you can knife out
   from the bottom of the gravy which now has become a solid cake - kind base.




   Snack when you are hungry or as your breakfast as well.
