Rawa Dosa





An instant and yummy breakfast food,  the batter of which is prepared in no time is its beauty.
And yes, couples with a strong filter coffee you enjoy the entire soul of the rawa dosas

Ingredients Required:




Ric Flour - 1cup
Sooji Rawa - 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 medium size
Green Chillies - chopped finely
Curry Leaves and Coreander Leaves - chopped finely
Whole Pepper seeds - 1/4 sp
Sour Curd - 1/4 cup




Method:

Mix all the ingredients together.
Add water and make a thin batter.
Add salt.
On hot tawa grease oil and spread the batter.
Spinkle required oil and once cooked turn to the other side to roast well.
Enjoy the crispy rawa dosas with sambar and chutney.
