Vegetable Pasta


Another quick and yummy snack voted by all kidoos out there...

Ingredients Reqd:

Pasta - 1 cup
Vegetables - half cup ( carrot beans capsicum tomato)
Butter - 2 sp
Cheese - a slice
Pepper - 1sp
Chat masala - 1/4 sp
                                                          






Method:

Half cook the vegetables with enough salt and water.
Drain the vegetables and keep the water safe.
This water should be used as the stock for cooking pasta
Saute butter, add in the pasta and pour the vegetabke stock( the water that was drained from vegetables)
Allow to cook while sprinkling salt.
Consider the salt in pasta as the cooked vegetables also been cooked with salt
When the pastas are 3/4th cooked add in the vegetables as well.
While the mix gets juicy stop the process.
In a serving bowl place this mix
Sprinkle pepper and chat masala.
Serve hot.
Can top the cheese slice if desired.
