It has been quite a while I made any dish using Baby Corn. With this thought I purchased a pack of baby corns from nearby shop in the morning.
Eagerly waited until evening to make a yummy tummy fry out of them.
Ofcourse babycorns are every kid's favorite..
Back from school, my kid was super excited seeing the raw baby corn packet.
He was sure of tasting a yummy snacking.
Generally I do not purchase Spinach that often. Happened to buy a bunch of Spinach from my local market as they looked very fresh.
Thought to make a nice recipe out of them and was forunate enough to make them crisp fried.
The delight is my little boys loved them lots and ate happily.
The weather has turned too cloudy here that the breeze is very cold and demands some body warmth.
Well.. There cannot be a better comfort than a Tangy Sour Spicy Soup..
Not a minute wasted, I went in full swing to make the soup as i felt glad that i had all the vegetables stocked
required to make the soup. As well the sauces.
