Banana Bread


The ripen robust kind bananas are a long time wait for me to make them indulge in, to bake a beautiful aromatic bread.





Ingredients Required :

* 4 Riped bananas ( the robust bananas )
* 2/3rd Cup of Unsalted Butter
* 1 and 1/2 Cup Refined Sugar
* 2 Eggs
* 2 Tsp Vanila Extract
* 2 Tsp Baking Soda
* A pinch of salt
* 3 Cups Flour



Method :




The refined flour is sieved well and the baking soda and salt are added and mixed well.
Take a wide vessel, wash the banana skin, peel off the skin away and place the riped bananas.
Smash them thoroughly.



To this add in the room temperature butter, and sugar and beat them well.
To this add the eggs 1 by 1 by giving a thorough beat.
Add in the Vanila extract.



Take this wet portion and add into the dry flour mixture.
Fold them well.
Preheat the Oven to 200 Deg C.
Grease a Oven safe baking vessel, I used the Loaf tray.
Pour in the mixture, bake them at 200 deg C for 30 minutes. 



Or until the Bread gets baked well.
Wait till loaf gets warm. Unwire them onto a serving dish and slice them to munch on.
