Chocolates


These are chocolates with milk and butter and cocoa powder...









Given the main ingredients, the measure goes as :
Milk Powder - 100 gm, Sugar - 100 gm, Cocoa Powder - 100 gm, Water - 50 ml, Butter - 50 gm

  • Its as simple as watching TV   :-)
  • Take a pan, add in the sugar, pour in the water. Wait till 1 string consistency is reached.
          Take out, add in the milk powder, cocoa powder, butter. Make a medium smooth dough.

  • Hands will be chocolatey and super fragranced that you will compelled to lick some... I did not as they are to be sold :-)


  • Mould as per your shapes. Refrigirate for 1 hour.
  • If preferred, can wrap in color papers. Make sure to seal them in a butter paper before final wrap with a color paper..
