Green Moong Sprout Chat


The Green Moong Sprout chat comes handy and as well with full of proteins power packed into it,.



Ingredients :

Sprouted Green Moong  - 1 Cup
Onion -  Medium Sized
Tomato - Qtr portion
Coreander Leaves - Handful
Carrot - Qtr Cup Grated
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Chat Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Method :

Start with soaking a cup of Green Moong overnight.
The next day drain off the water and spread them on a wet towel and keep them closed warm for 6 hours.
The Sprouts would have started coming up by then.
Parboil them for 5 mins.
Add in finely chopped onion, tomato, coreander leaves and grated carrot.
Sprinkle in the pepper and chat powder and pour lemon juice.

If you need the sprout moong today morning, then you should have soaked them the previous day morning and cover them warm overnight.
Insant as well healthy snack box dish ready for thos mornings in office...
