Having left over with a last portion of Burger Buns, I was in thought process to make some juicy and yummy Patty to be stuffed in btw.
Sweet Potatoes in my fridge came in as a handy ingredient.
With no delay, I boiled the sweet potatoes.
In went the chopped Onions, green chillies, coreander leaves.
Few tsp of Cumin powder and chat powder.
A fine hand mash made the mixture mushy.
Round and round, they were shaped into a tikki shaped balls.
Gave a quick roll-on the sooji mixture.
And quickly fried into the hot oil.
These Sweet Potato patties required only 15 minutes of preparation all in total.
Yet, yielded a very yummy as well healthy stuffing to be parked in-btw the Burger buns...
