A wholesome dinner, all thanks to the Paneer which got stuffed into my parathas along with some flavored fresh herbs.
Paneer - Cottage Cheese : 50 gm
Basil and Thyme Herbs : Crushed 2 tbsp
Kasoori Methi : 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Paprika - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Method :
Blend together the wheat flour along with enough salt and enough water just to make a medium thick dough.
Keep aside.
Smash the Paneer.
Add in all the ingredients mentioned and mix well.
Ball the wheat dough ( a little bigger size than for the Chapathis ).
Spread them, place in the Paneer mixture in the middle.
Fold in from all the 4 sides so as to form a pocket shape.
Spread in to get a square shaped.
Toast them on hot tawa with enough oil.
