The Mampazha Pachadi is an interesting side dish for Curries & Rice combo or as well for Dosas..
Ingredients Required :
Riped Mango - 1
Jaggery - Quarter Cup
Green Chilli - 1
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 1 tbsp
Method :
Peel off the riped mango skin.
Heat a small kadai.
Add in a tbsp gingelly oil.
Splutter some mustard seeds into it.
Add in the chopped mango.
Sprinkle some water and let the mango cook.
Check some salt as per preference.
When the mango gets moist and mushy, add in grated jaggery and stir well.
Keep stirring until you get a glowing sticky consistency...
And there.. the delicious Mampazha Pachadi gets ready.
