Baby Pizza

Pizzas are an interesting recipe to be baked at home. Infact more interesting with many more
imaginations and inventions.
Here the baby version of the pizzas got instant like from my kids, and what more if they are baked at home.

Well the ingredients are very simple and as we guess the main components are the
All purpose Flour and the magical component - Dry Yeast.

Start by adding a tbsp of dry yeast in warm water and leave for some 10 mins. They get dissolved.
Add in 2 tbsp sugar.

Take a wide vessel and add 2 cups flour, salt as per taste, Oil ( of your choice ) - 2 tbsp,
and the yeast mixture. Add enough water and make a loose dough. Cover them either with a
muslin cloth or a plate, whatever. But place in a warm place and let it rest for 2 hrs at the max.
The magical bell rings and there the dough gets fluffed more and looks like a big floating cloud,
all enlarged in size, the double the size compared to its pre-rest time.
Yes, the miniature yeast takes in all credits, to fluff up the dough.

Check if you have the basic vegetables to top-in the pizza.
Say Capsicum ( of preferred colors ), diced Onion, diced tomato,
Mushrooms, babycorns, and as many vegetables as you wish.

Would be really interesting to stock in the Herbs that are readily available in markets.
Here i have used Italian herbs.

Well, Pizza sauce would be appreciated, else normal Tomato Ketchup is more than enough.

Set the Oven to 300 Deg C.
Make balls out of the dough.
With your palm, widen the ball and spread into a small baby round shape.
Grease the Oven safe flat dish, place the flattened dough, prick with a fork to allow them to absorb the heat.
Spread the Sauce and add in enough cheese.
On top arrange the sauted vegetables ( I just saute them with enough salt and pepper ).
Grate in cheese again.
Bake at 300 deg C for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and the base is cooked well.

Enjoy the baby pizzas by sprinkling the herbs / seasonings and a gracious spread of ketchup.
