Always i would love to think of making peanut chutney, but somehow i do make the usual
Orange chutney, named by my lill son, the onion chutney.
This time i made sure i would be preparing peanut chutney and here it goes.
Ingredients Required:
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1 small pearl
Coconut - 3,4 small slices
Red chillies - 3
Tamarind - a tiny gooseberry size
Process:
In a pan of refined oil ( 1sp), season the peanuts thoroughly until they turn little dark.
Add the coconut, red chillies and tamarind and switch off the flame.,
Once chilled, grind to a fine paste.
Season mustard and urad dal n toss on the chutney.
Mouth watering chutney. Lori loves peanut chutney.
