Bhindis are the most favorite vegetable for majority of children.
Requirements :
Fresh Bhindis - 1/4 kg
Italian Herbs - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste.
Bengal Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
Rice Flour - 5 tbsp
Alternatively can use Turmeric pdr, Chilli pdr, Garam Masala in place of the Italian Herbs,
incase you need South Indian Flavor.
Method:
Wash the Bhindis thoroughly and pat them dry on tissue.
Slit the Bhindis into very slim portions-lengthwise.
Mix together, the Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Italian Herbs into the slit Bhindis.
Give a fine shake.
Dip them in hot oil.
Crunchy Bhindi Kurures are ready in no time.
