I made these Digestive biscuits for my parents, but more than them my kids happened to like them lots.
Crunchy Munchy they are. Ideal snack for the evening tea.
Ingredients are simple:
Wheat Flour - 80 gm
Oatmeal - 80 gm
Sugar - 25 gm
Butter - 2 small squares
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Process:
- Except milk, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Give a thorough mix.
- Add milk generally and knead the dough.
- Refrigirate for half hr.
- A thick dough will be ideal.
- Cut them as per your preferred shapes.
- Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C
- Grease a tray.
- Arrange the shaped dough and bake at 180 Deg C for 15 minutes.
