A little deviated from the usual aloo or veg cutlets:-) :-)
These pasta cutlets will vanish in no time if served!!!
It happened that, on a rainy evening, my husband wanted some hot cutlets for the chai.
There was no stock of aloo or vegetbales to make them.
I quikly had a fast think and collected the pasta to make the cutlets in the way i visualised.
Collect:
Pasta of your choice.
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 1tsp finely chopped
Salt to taste.
Mix all the mentioned ingredients and cook them well.
Should be well cooked. Almost near to the 'mashed' stage.
Now make balls and flatten them.
In a plate, fill some oats, breadcrumbs and corn flour mixture.
Roll the flattened pasta balls on this mixture,
Dip in hot oil.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and hot masala chai!!!
