Hidden Chocolate Flower Bread


A fun way of presenting or baking the thick bread dough in tiny baking vessels..


Requirements :  

All Purpose Flour    - 100 gm
Caster Sugar            - 85 gm
Vanila Essence        - 1 tsp ( optional )
Egg                          - 1 ( Can opt for 2 eggs as well )
Milk                         - 4 tbsp.
Butter                       - 2 tbsp.
Diary Milk Chocolate pieces - few
Baking Powder         - 1/4 tsp

Method :

Start by combining together the Butter, Sugar, and Eggs until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.
Add in the Vanila Essence, All Purpose Flour, Milk and combine all together.
Add in the Baking Powder and mix well.
Grease the baking vessels, ( I opted for aluminium baking vessels ).
Scoop in half of the batter, place a mini diary milk square at the centre, and cover with another scoop of the dough.
Likewise arrange all the others.
Bake in pre heated Oven at 180 deg C for 20 minutes.



Cool them and top them with your favorite topping cream.
