Paanagam






Ingredients Required :

Jaggery Water - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup
Pepper - 1 tsp
Tulasi Leaves - Handful
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - a small portion.

Method :

Prepare the Jaggery water as usual, soaking the jaggery in water and bringing to boiling point.
Then to drain the jaggery water to clear away the dust.
Now, mix in the 2 cup water.
Add pepper, tulasi leaves and cardamom powder.
Squeeze in the ginger.


A good coolant for hot summer days.
