Vegetable Fried Rice


3 Good things about fried rice are:
They are easy to make 
Very very tasty
Liked by all irrespective of age.




Few simple steps needed for a fantastic vegetable fried rice are :

A cup of Basmati Rice, cooked to 90% the previous day.
As with the popular saying, old rice goes well in inducing the fried rice appearance and taste.

Next, finely chopped vegetables, of all possible green and red and yellow colors.
Namely, Carrot, French Beans ( to be specific ), Capsicum ( preferred color ),
some Spring Onions and Coreander leaves, Garlic and Ginger.

The sauce demanded the most for this dish is Soya Sauce. And Salt, White Pepper to taste.


The above 3 categories are a must for an awesome fried rice of restaurant style.

Now with the process,
Saute all the vegetables ( except capsicum & spring onion ) with enough oil, salt and white pepper.
Add in the Soya sauce of 2 tbsp for 1 cup rice ratio.
Last add in the cooked rice.
Again, in some oil coarsely season the long - slit capsicum and spring onions.
We do this to retain the texture of the spring onions and capsicum to add more glamor
to our fried rice.
As, vegetables, when sauted or half cooked, may loose their shade of original color.


Now the hot, fantastic, aromatic , colorful Vegetable fried rice is ready.
