Palada Payasam


Rich and rich payasam..From the so called God's own Country..





 Ingredients Required:

Palada ( Rice flakes ) - 1 cup
Milk - 2 ltr
Sugar - 1 & half cup
Cashews, Raisins - Handful
Elachi Powder - 1 tbsp

Method :

Pour milk, palada into a pressure pan without the whistle.
Keep in sim until pressure comes.
Once the pressure comes out, seal with the whistle.



Allow 5 - 6 whistles.
Wait until the payasam chills down.
Garnich with ghee fries cashews and raisins.
Sprinkle elachi powder.

Serve hot / cold.
