Wheat Beetroot Cake


Hello everybody,
This Wheat Beetroot cake is yet another delicacy of the mighty goodness of the radiant Beetroot.








I collected:

Wheat Flour - 120 gm
Sugar - 80 gm
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Soda Salt - 1/2 tsp
Curd - Quarter Cup
Milk - Quarter Cup
Vanilla Essence - a small dash
Egg - 1
Beetroot Paste- Quarter Cup

Process:

First slice the beetroot and cook them until the raw flavor goes off.
Grind them into a smooth paste
Start to mix all the dry ingredients together.
Next comes in the wet ingredients.








Gave gentle fold to the ingredients combining them together.
Pre heat the oven to 180 Deg C.
Grease the silicon mould and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180 Deg C for 20 minutes.

Icing:





Mix together the remaining beetroot paste along with 2 tbsp hung curd and 2 tbsp cream.
Add 5tbsp icing sugar.
Beat well.
Apply on top of the chilled cake.
