Orange Fudge


A toffy delight in the refreshing citrus flavor.. A small sip leaves you with loads of freshness!!!






Ingredients Reqd:

Milk Powder - 1cup
Orange Juice - half cup
Orange zest - quarter cup
Badam and preferred nuts - handful
Sugar - half cup

Method:

Roast the milk powder for a sec or a minute.
Be careful not to turn the color of the milk powder.
In a pan, add in the lightly roasted milk powder.
In it add the orange juice and keep stirring.




On the side, parallelly, roast the sugar.
Add the roasted sugar into the mix and keep stirring.
Add in the zest.
Once the fudge gets thickens, top in the slit nuts.




Spread on a greased plate to chill either in room temp, or in fridge.
