These Cheese Crackers are a melting moment wonder !!..
Prep Time : 10 minutes Cook Time : 13 minutes Serves - 2
Ingredients :
Cheddar Cheese - 8 oz
Butter - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1tsp
All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Method :
- Grate the cheese, add in butter and salt and mix well.
- Add in the flour and keep mixing ( by hands preferably )
- Pour in 2 tbsp cold water and progress to mix until a fine smooth dough is made.
- Refrigirate the dough for 30 minutes.
- After which, spread the dough flat on the kitchen surface ( cleaned and dusted with a tbsp of flour ).
- Spread thin.
- Make horizontal and vertical stripes.
- Make a small pinch at the middle of every square.
- Preheat the Oven and bake 180 Deg C for 13 minutes.
Enjoy the crispy cheesy crackers..
Ideal for Kids snack box :-)
Tips: Can add in chiliflakes and preferred seasonings along while preparing the dough for a spiced version of the same.
