Horsegram Sprout Chat

Horsegram chat is very crunchy and tangy as well if combined with tiny chunks of tomato..

 

Ingredients Required:

Horsegram - 1 cup
Onion         - 1
Tomato      - 1
Papdi         - Few
Chat Powder - 1/4 tsp

Method :

Soak the Horsegram overnight for 2 nights and let them sprout well.







Drain them, and half cook them for 15 minutes.

Add in enough salt, onion, tomato and chat powder.
They are ready in no time.
