Randomly i collected these:
- Few Broccoli flowers,
- Few Parsley herbs,
- Few Paneer Slices,
- A medium size Onion,
- A big size Tomato,
- Few Coreander Sprigs,
- Few Mint Herbs
- A slit Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 cup Cream.
- 1 Egg,
- Kasthuri Methi to garnish.
The list may look long, but once you place them, the recipe takes just 7 to 10 mins to cook.,
- Take a pan, and 2 tbsp Olive oil.
- Saute the onion, parsley by adding ginger garlic paste.
- Add the broccoli & keep sauting.
- Add the sliced tomatoes as well the tomato puree.
- Add the green chilli, mint, & parsley.
- Add dry powders and saute again until the raw smell goes.
- Add in the paneer.
- After a minute, break an egg into the gravy,
- Please do not stir.
- Add in the cream.
Serve hot.
