Red Chilli Chutney


Hmmm.. Spicy hot & colorful red chilli chutney is an awesome side for those
who need a real hot side dish for the idlis and dosas..





Take--
Few red chillies - as per your spicy tongue capacity :-)
A garlic - big oval
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Lime Juice - 1/3 tsp




Alright, Here it goes --

Soak the red chillies in water for half hour.




(You can deseed the red chillies before soaking if you gonna use this red
chutney in your fried rice preparation).
Now am gonna soak them with seeds.
Then grind the chillies with garlic, cumin powder & salt.
Season the cumin seeds in olive oil and top on the chutney.
